Adil Sani Konukoğlu was born in 1961 in Gaziantep. He completed his high school education in Gaziantep In 1980 and in 1984 his English language education in USA University of Denver. He began working in Sanko Tekstil A.Ş. in yarn plants In 1987. He was the CFO of SANKO Holding between 1992 and 2006. He has been the chairman of the School, Hospital, Cement-Concrete and Yarn-Towel groups of SANKO Holding since 2006. He was the Chairman of Gaziantep College Alumni Association, Chairman of Gazişehir Gaziantepspor, Chairman of Sankospor Club, Founder Chairman of Gaziantep Young Businessmen Association, President of Southeast Anatolian Textile and Raw Materials Exporters' Association and Chairman of Gaziantep Textile Industry Employers Association. He is a member of Council of the Council of the Council and the High Board of Strategy Development, Vice President of Entrepreneur Committee in Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, Member of the Board of Jerusalem Arbitration Center, Deputy Chairman of Gaziantep City Council, Member of the Board of Directors of İpekyolu Development Agency. He is married and has three children. Adil Sani Konukoğlu taking the highest place in the top rankings of Gaziantep Income Tax Penalty list every year. He also been in the lists like'' 30 people giving directions to money In Turkey '' by Economist Business magazine in 2004 and '' The most active 50 business people guiding Anatolia '' by Ekonomist Magazine in 2014.
After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University, Mustafa GÜNBULUT continued his graduate studies in Finance and Accounting at the University of Texas. Before joining Sanko Holding, Mr. Günbulut worked financially with the Deloitte LLP Dallas office. He has been working with Sanko Holding for twelve years and he is still working as the Finance Director. He is also a Board Member of many Sanko Group companies, including the cement group. Mr. Günbulut holds a Certified Public Accountant License from the State Accounting Board of Texas.

From engineering to research development, from technical management to consultancy, Thomas has worked in a variety of companies and positions in the global cement industry, focusing on regional and local market dynamics, growth and expansion opportunities. For a long time, Thomas worked as a senior executive in the World Bank's International Finance Corporation (IFC) responsible for Cement and Construction Materials. He has been an independent member of the board of directors of key players in the sector for the last ten years

Having completed the Civil Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University in 1998, Kırca received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in the same department. He made an academic career as a Research Assistant at METU Civil Engineering Department between 1998-2000. Between 2000 and 2018, Kırca worked as a executive at various levels at various functions such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Ready-Mixed Concrete within Çimsa Cement, one of the Sabancı group companies. Also; he also served as the Assistant General Manager for Cement Sales and Marketing at Akçansa Cement, one of Sabancı Group companies and at Aşkale Cement. Kırca has been the General Manager of Çimko Cement since June 2019.
